Ciaran Hennessy leads Lendlease’s Sydney based Digital Product Group, a cross functional team of software developers, UX experts and digital product groups, they are building out the Podium platform and products (the key to Lendlease’s digital disruption). The group has sister teams in Singapore and San Francisco and operates like a tech start-up inside a big corporate. Ciaran started as a software developer, and has had 14 jobs during his time at Lendlease and has worked in nearly every part of our technology teams.
