Training & Personal Development at Ability Action Australia

Induction week was good to meet the other new starters and we had ongoing education sessions throughout the first 4 months. These were good and some were informative, however others were not new information. We have monthly in services and discipline specific meetings, and these are extremely educational and beneficial. On the job training has been great as I can organise shadow sessions at any stage, and can ask my supervisor to come along to my sessions if I need support.

There are a wide range of training available both face-to-face and online ones.
