Pay is standard among similar firms. Pay is reevaluated at the half year mark, based on profitability and performance of the individual's capability group

There are performance reviews during each year that give opportunities for career progression, pay increases and bonuses. This is quite good since it gives plenty of chance to be recognised for the work you have been doing.

While there are other companies offering higher pays, the pay at Accenture is decent for myself, a lot of the value is intangible (e.g. learning opportunities, which most are paid for by the company). Grads do not get bonuses, as Accenture says its pay is competitive already in the market.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.

Plenty of free drinks/dinners are available throughout the year and ubers/meal credits are provided depending on the nature of the project. Employees also have access to a rewards portal to get discounts at countless stores(2-15% off)

There are definitely chances to get free tickets to sporting events and expenses at social events are often covered by the company. There are also some small discounts available for partner companies, etc..
