- Employee benefits are pretty good, especially with wellness subsidies ($200 towards anything wellness-related. I put it towards a gym membership but other people bought activewear or headphones).
- They have flexi-leave which allows you to use a public holiday as leave for another day if you work on the public holiday (which you can do from home too)
- Free fruit everyday and free cookies on Friday
Graduate, Auckland - 10 Jul 2024
Free health Insurance, public holiday swap options and 50% payment towards further study.

We can purchase additional leave, which comes as a slight reduction to your pay across the year, which you can use if you run out of annual leave. If the additional leave is not used, you get this paid back to you. We get a wellness rebate and can purchase bikes and Bikes through the business and get them essentially tax free. We have pretty good parental leave policies, and access to life and health insurance through AECOM. I believe we have a lot more smaller perks that are not taken advantage of as much as others.

Provides health benefits.

Health insurance contribution/discount. Maybe once a year a free event/ticket to something and one team dinner. Great social environment, ability to get flu jabs at work or get a mole map.
There is a generous leave policy, but as someone who plays high performance sport my leave primarily goes to tournament weeks instead of holiday leave. I have used the representative leave, but that is only for NZ rep involvement and is only 3 days so does not cover the 50+hrs of sport I play for NZ or at a regional level during the year. The only holiday I take during the year is during the Christmas period as I don't have leave holidays as I've used it for training camps/tournaments.

Best perks are the Smart Spending app where you can access lots of deals. I particularly like the cheap movie tickets; I use those often. I also enjoy Prezzy Card Rewards which are given out pretty often. More great perks are the free flu shot and free mole map/skin check. I also really appreciate the 8 hours paid volunteer leave; that's pretty cool. Also, another great perk is you can get $60 reimbursed for personal travel insurance, as someone who travels at least 2 times a year for holiday this has come in very hand. Another great perk is the purchased leave scheme, again if you like to travel or take additional leave (more than the allocated annual leave) you can purchase leave which is great for budgeting and forecasting your personal spending against your salary.
