How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
We have full flexibility. Start/end whenever, and do longer/shorter days in a way that suits you, as long as all work gets done and you can attend relevant calls/meetings

Aurecon is very flexible with hours worked, as long as you complete your set hours in a week. Sometimes it is hard to be spontaneous with changing as giving a heads up is always a good thing, but the company and team are aware that life gets in the way sometimes and therefore a very flexible.

My company is very flexible when it comes to hours, as long as everybody works their contracted hours each week and tries to aim for the core business hours, it is flexible and up to each person.

They are mostly flexible, this depends on your manager, mine likes more of a structure. I'd like to review my WFH hours to be more flexible. But overall it is quite flexible.

As a graduate engineer I need more direct supervision so it is encouraged I be in the office during business hours so I can get the help I need easily. But the managers have no issue with me flexi timing or working from home some days as long as I still work my required hours and my ability to get my work done it not negatively effected

Overall I am happy with work hours. One thing I am taking a while to get used to however is the rush and then subsequent lows of projects. Some days I have to work non stop and overtime and occasionally other days I need to go to my team to ask for ad -hoc work to fill in the 8 hour day.
