I support anyone in my team who needs extra help. This changes what I work on every day. During my working week (2 days part-time) I commit 3 hours to calling to survey customers about a specific product. In other work, I am currently documenting the process that a team member has to take to be able to survey based on the different brand and intended customer audience, it's very interesting and I'm getting a wider knowledge of the business from it

I am involved in daily input processes that is required by other teams so that they can complete their work. It can be fairly repetitive but there is opportunities to work on a variety of work and projects.

I enjoy the role I am in. At times it can be repetitive, but that is the reality in a entry level role. The team provides a lot of support and help with any challenges I face.

Completing credit submissions, managing covenants of loan portfolio, attend meetings, etc

Data analytics in SQL, SAS, Excel, Power BI, etc.

ECDD analysis (KYC) of customers and dealing with internal systems and databases.

Great role to learn and develop skills that will benefit me when moving into other positions

The role has me learning a lot of valuable skills, however my BAU tasks are not yet fully established.

I'm an API Integration Engineer working for Loan Originations. Banks are a collection of many many vendors and systems and I'm one of the Engineers responsible (amongst 20 others) for linking these systems together.

There's a lot of variety in my day-to-day role: somedays it might be reporting and analysis, others it might be contributing to cross-functional teams.

Overall very pleased

Quite investigative in nature, requires me to think outside the box, analyse data and to have an inquisitive mind. It keeps me on my feet as there is no specific manual with how to investigate fraud.

Advising and analysis

I handle arrears across a variety of portfolios, such as insurnace and equipment finance. This involves phone calls to clients and brokers as well as emails.

Project style work, managing and reviewing risks, controls, policies and procedures.

My role in the team is loss recoveries, I proceed through legal entities to recover on debt that has been written off. My day-to-day role involves liaising with legal to seek advice and instruct relevant instructions to collect on delinquent loans.

I assist in the management of both operational risk incidents and compliance incidents. I assist in aggregating risk profiles across the various business units to determine breaches in risk tolerance. I also contribute to various projects including Risk Culture, Strategic Risk, and Sustainability & Climate Change Risk.

In equipment finance collections I work from a list of clients that are in arrears. I contact them via phone or through their broker to determine why they are in arrears and whether they need further assistance. I am able to provide payment plans if that is suitable to help the customer bring their contract in order.
