They provide links for training sessions within the company as well as external. I've gotten training for InMoment, will be attending some webinars and my general manager holds some training sessions for excel every 3 months or so.
Intern, Brisbane - 30 May 2023
The formal training consisted of simple modules that were very general but related to the industry. I found much more value from the in-formal training where my mentors worked with me to develop my skills in my day to day work
Intern, Brisbane - 29 May 2023
A lot of my training was around dealing with complaince issues and was hence, a lot of case-by-case training. It was quite thorough and helped me understand the company's position.
Intern, Melbourne - 26 May 2023
Informal training is great, all team members have mentored me.
Intern, Brisbane - 24 May 2023
Given the nature of the internship I was originally in before being held on to work casually while I study, I did not really receive the same training someone who had been hired for the position outright would which meant I had to compensate and pick up the slack for myself.
Intern, Brisbane - 24 May 2023
was able to learn how to do my role well with the guidance of many people
Intern, Brisbane - 23 May 2023
The training provided for the internship was more than enough to complete the BAU tasks given and even exceed at them. However, after the program was over and the next set of tasks was not clearly defined.
Intern, Brisbane - 19 May 2023
Not really much training other than for SAFe Agile. Its more that time is rarely dedicated for training, and its expected that when you get assigned a task, if there is stuff you don't know then you are meant to ask around for help or go learn it yourself.

As a grad I am training with FINSIA to become certified with them. June was also learning and development month with workshops to build soft skills within the business. So far I have learnt much in regards to how the banking industry operates and how to best communicate with people on the phone. Multitasking is also a skill that I have improved.
Graduate, Brisbane - 23 Jun 2019
Personal development and reflective sessions held by people and culture team. Picked up time management and self-reflection tips. FINSIA banking course - great way to get the foundations about a bank does. Would be good if we had started it when we first started our jobs.
