I work part-time, so 2 days a week. My days that I work are set at the beginning of each uni semester, but are flexible to change for each semester depending on my class times

Very Flexible. There is generally a set amount of hours you are required to wrk each week but so long as you get them done in the week. You don't have to work a full 8 hours each day.

Generally work either a 7:30 to 4 or 8:30 to 5 shift. However, with our team, depending on what our weekly assigned tasks are, I could potentially do a 9:30 to 6 or 10:30 to 7 shift. I also have the ability to work remotely if I need to which definitely assists with work/life balance

Working hours are flexible and not micro-managed. My manager understands that sometimes external factors influence the hours worked, they approve leave with good reason and expect the work to be completed before leaving
