BDO's Brisbane Corporate Finance team of approximately 30 professionals is one of the largest and most accomplished Corporate Finance team's in Brisbane. We are a multi-disciplinary team and our staff have the opportunity to work on engagements across a range of corporate finance specialisations including valuation, due diligence, financial modelling, mergers and acquisitions, economics and infrastructure advisory.
We partner with small, medium and large organisations to support them in identifying and facilitating opportunities in Australia and across the globe. We have a hands-on and practical approach and a deep understanding of the Corporate Finance industry locally and internationally. I am given a fair amount of responsibility, and plenty of support to learn.
Checking emails, liaising with clients to receive information on their R&D activities, writing/drafting activities according to AusIndustry guidelines/ITAA legislation. Calculating financial incentives and meeting with clients.
Admin tasks including note taking, setting up meeting and powerpoint/word templates, writing and research tasks
