A Career in Project & Infrastructure
We are currently seeking students who are interested in joining our Project & Infrastructure Graduate Program in February 2025.
BDO’s Project & Infrastructure team, provide advisory services to clients within various sectors, including energy, transport, and social infrastructure. Our specialist teams support clients to manage their capital programs, from planning and development through to delivery and operations.
As a Graduate Consultant, you will collaborate with the team and stakeholders to support the delivery of project management and advisory services. This will include undertaking research and analysis activities, preparing project documentation, including reports and presentations, and supporting the team to achieve project goals. This is a growing space for BDO and opportunity for Graduate to work on interesting and diverse projects!

I am given a fair amount of responsibility, and plenty of support to learn.
Checking emails, liaising with clients to receive information on their R&D activities, writing/drafting activities according to AusIndustry guidelines/ITAA legislation. Calculating financial incentives and meeting with clients.
Admin tasks including note taking, setting up meeting and powerpoint/word templates, writing and research tasks

Pay is relatively low, however this is industry-wide.
The graduate program doesn't rotate us through all the service lines.
Some managers are great and give constructive feedback. Others do not provide you with proper instructions.
Dishwashers are small... toilets are not flushed... desk are most of the time dirty.
Could include more women, however this is the industry.
