A sustainable energy future for people and our planet

The world’s carbon budget is finite—and running out fast. At bp, we have set an ambition to be a net zero company by 2050 or sooner, and to help the world get to net zero. To do that, we need to constantly challenge and innovate how we deliver cleaner, better energy to millions. With your multidisciplinary backgrounds in business, commerce, sales & marketing, finance, science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM), or both, you will play a pivotal role in helping us perform as we transform.

Make a real-world impact with our graduate programmes

Our world-class 2 or 3 year graduate programmes offer you a choice of specializing in the commercial, sales and marketing or digital field. You will join us in building a more agile, innovative, and efficient organization, as we transform from an international oil company producing resources to an integrated energy company delivering solutions for customers. Along the way, you will develop strong foundational skills through practical experience and formal training—some of the best the industry has to offer—and build a network of local and international peers, senior leaders and technical experts. As you advance your early career here, you will see too that we take pride in being a great employer who values your well-being, from ensuring a diverse and inclusive culture to enabling work-life balance through a hybrid workplace model.
