The company's culture is positive both in the office and after hours. In the office, people at all levels of seniority are really friendly and always willing to answer any questions I have. The culture is also positive in terms of social events/activities, with the company encouraging people to get involved in a range of activities and events and socialise with people from all different teams in the company.

Everyone is very relaxed while also taking their work seriously, but not too seriously. Most people appear well balanced and this is reflected in the general culture of the firm.

Since everyone started working from home I think the culture has suffered. However, this being said, when everyone is in the office they are easy to get along with, accepting and friendly.

Socialising amongst colleagues is great. Culture is set well from the top down. This carries through to post work.

Quite laid back culture, very focused in the office to get the work done and to a good standard

Most staff value their careers but, to varying extents, maintain their personal lives and the dynamic in the firm reflects that.

The company's culture is dependent on the team you are placed in. My team has a good culture that generally promotes normal business hours, and is accepting of working from home for later hours. There is not much socialising within the team, but after some time I have become comfortable around my immediate coworkers. Other teams in the firm, work very late and have normalised not leaving for home before more senior members
