The company has a strong commitment to diversity through having dedicated committees related to a range of different groups (such as Pryde & Co, the company's LGBTQIA+ network ). These committees help to raise awareness of different diversity-related issues.

What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?

I believe that the company attracts applicants from less privileged backgrounds by showing its commitment to a range of different issues, such as through its different social justice committees and pro bono work.
