Through the Graduate program, it feels great to work along with experienced engineers and know their thoughts and suggestions whenever I have queries. What made it better was that they gave me a chance to try challenging tasks because the only way to learn is by improving from failed attempts! The resources and tools provided here are extremely useful – all that I required was the courage to follow the process shared by the team members to meet the desired outcome. Lots of credit also goes to my manager who encouraged me to speak up and keep trying in this new work environment.

Overall, this program has made me reflect on what I should plan for the future and the importance of building connections with people across the organization
