As a non-rotational Graduate in the Real Estate + Projects practice you will gain exposure to advising on a broad range of market-leading deals and major transactions. Our clients include national and international listed property trusts, real estate funds, private equity groups, investment banks, international investors, high net worth family offices and major property developers.

In addition, you will:

  • Participate in our graduate development program with other graduates across the firm
  • Receive on-the-job training and support
  • Be supported by a network of lawyers including a buddy, a mentor and supervising partner who will provide you with guidance and support
  • Have the opportunity to participate in pro bono and innovation initiatives
  • Receive ongoing mentoring and feedback, both formal and informal

About you

We are looking for a newly admitted graduate to join our Real Estate team. As our successful candidate you should be able to demonstrate a desire, and the capacity, to work on high profile and technically challenging transactions. You should be an ambitious high performer, looking to work in an environment where your performance will be duly recognised and rewarded accordingly.

In addition, you will:

  • Demonstrate a strong interest in Real Estate and Property law, as you will be a non-rotational graduate
  • Superior analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with clients
  • The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • A desire to develop and progress quickly
