As a Graduate Contracts Officer, you will be a part of the site commercial teams supporting a number of functional areas. You will develop your skills in various aspects of the procurement process, contract drafting and contract management process. This interesting and varied role will see you undertaking a broad range of duties including assisting leaders with pre-tender job scope review, leading tender processes including contract negotiations, supporting contract management processes to ensure legal and procedural compliance, and providing quality advice to contract owners in relation to contract variations and disputes.
During the program, you will develop well-rounded commercial skills by honing your technical legal skills with a solid understanding of the practical elements required by their mining processes.
