The Technology & Operations team play a critical role in driving innovation, resilience and sustainable technology that enables IAG to achieve its customer focused strategy.  T&O is the engine for change at IAG, spearheading the biggest digital transformations IAG has seen across the business. We are the champions for GenAI. Testing, building and adopting various tools to transform how we work and improve our customer experiences.  

As a Technology & Operations Grad you will have exposure to the following:  

  • Involved in thought-leadership decisions to drive and deliver the Group Technology strategy.
  • Designing and engineering of contemporary, unified general insurance platforms.
  • Supporting our people to evolve resilient, scalable technology.
  • Building reusable integration and automation assets.
  • Delivering leading edge tooling and organisational optimisation.
  • Designing how our customers, our brokers, our partners and our colleague interact digitally every day.

Requirements   

  • A university degree or higher (from 2023-2025) or be in your final year of university with graduation expected by the end of 2025 – Technology Architecture, Science, Business Analysis, Engineering, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber disciplines, Engineering, Mathematics, Arts and Business.
  • A credit average achievement (65%+), and
  • Are an New Zealand and/or Australian citizen or New Zealand permanent resident.
