How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
I work 40 hours a week at a minimum. There are weeks where this is a lot higher due to travel. The work environment is very flexible and on a desk week, I aim to be in the office 2/3 days and work from home at other times.

Very flexible. Currently, no mandate for graduates to be in the office. People of my level tend to work from the office 2-4 days a week. Graduates in my team can move to work part-time if they wish. Many people work overtime.

Most of the year I have kept to the standard 40-hour week. At the moment I am doing a bit more because of the project I’m on but I don’t mind because I enjoy the work. There is flexibility to work at different hours of the day and accommodations for appointments, etc.

Completely flexible. As long as we have a discussion with our manager we can work as many hours in the office/home as possible.

My team is super flexible with the hours I work. I tend to stick to 9-5 but some days I like doing 8-4 or in summer I'll do 7-5 with a long lunch break so I can soak up the sun! My team makes sure that if I am working over 40hrs, I take time in lieu as there are some weeks where deadlines are tight and there's a lot of work to do and I don't mind doing it because I know I've banked time up to take off at a later time

My work hours usually float around the 40-45 mark. Whenever I am stressed and overloaded with work my team is more than happy to assist.

The company is very flexible with when and where the hours are worked. The hybrid work set-up makes it easy to work from wherever is most convenient. There is also flexibility with when the hours are worked, with the understanding that you can work hours that suit you as long as the hours and work are completed.

Very flexible - I normally work 8-4:30 and work from home on Wednesdays - however they are happy for me to work early or later if needed and to work from home as needed as well

Contract is 40 hour week. Expect to do 1-2 hours overtime per day and on weekends.

Averagely 8 hours per day with flexibility of starting time. Project delivery is the priority rather than sitting there for certain hours. Very good flexibility.

work hours are dependent on workload not so much an issue with flexibility. at times excessive hours are done just to meet project deadlines

Work is very flexible, as long as you do your hours and are present when needed, they are very happy

Very flexible. Some people such as working mums actually working from home / part time. It is true that for some times, overtime might be expected due to projects. However other than that, they are quite realistic

Have to work night shift at times, but we take time in lieu easy enough. Might have to work late to get project out a few times a year, but get time back in lieu. If something comes up, no issues with leaving early/coming in late.

Constantly having to work more than 40 hours per week to meet deadlines given to me. Not getting paid any over time which is absolute rubbish.
