Please describe the interview process and assessments.
Went through various stage of the process, meeting Global leaders, to local Managers
Graduate, Hastings - 12 Sep 2024
The process is fair and structured. Job descriptions are written and then released through various job adverts/portals. Applications are sorted throughand you're invited to complete a 'logical' test. Informal interviews are scheduled and then candidates participate in a formal interview if they pass the informal interview phase. If successful, letter of offers are sent.
Graduate, Sydney - 11 Sep 2024
Interviews came in a few phases, initial phase was resume screening. Then 1 way video interviews, where you answer loaded video questions with a video answer of your own. After that there was an orientation day with all candidates brought into the office, on this day we went through a series of mock presentations, speed interviews with experienced staff & collaboration. Last interview was a case study presentation to the executive team, the last interview was 15 minutes of presentation & 10 minutes of question & answers.
Graduate, Melbourne - 11 Sep 2024
Interview process was great however - Kraft needs to be flying people up for interviews
Graduate, Auckland - 11 Sep 2024
1 way interviews, psychometric testing, assessment centre with case study and quick interviews, ELT presentation
Graduate, Auckland - 09 Sep 2024
The overall recruitment process was extremely competitive as there were over 2500 applications in total. The recruitment process extended over few months with offers being sent out around end of May, the process consisted of 5 rounds in total. 1. CV screening 2. Gamified pymetrics 3. Recorded one-way interview 4. Assessment centre 5. Leadership case study presentation I believe only less than 3% of applicants make through to the assessment centre stage.
Graduate, Auckland - 06 Sep 2024
I appreciated the thoroughness of the interview process as it showed the business prioritized bringing in the right people into the team.
Graduate, Melbourne - 04 Sep 2024
Pymetric test and then online video interview. Grad assessment day center which involved a group case study and 2 rounds of speed interviews. Final interview which was a 15 minute case study presentation. I loved this process. Super engaging and a really fun process.
Graduate, Melbourne - 03 Sep 2024
The rounds of interviews I found well planned out and information about how you interviewed was provided to each individual during their onboarding.

There were lots of different stages to get this job
Graduate, Melbourne - 03 Sep 2024
I think it was a great hiring process and allowed the company to get the people they wanted
Graduate, Sydney - 02 Sep 2024
Very standard interview process and assessments that you would have come across when applying for other programs - Behavioural tests, multiple rounds of interviews, group activities and a in person case study/presentation.
Graduate, Melbourne - 03 Sep 2023
Very long and many steps involved. Plus there was a major presentation to the ELT at the end of the process.
Graduate, Melbourne - 03 Aug 2023
2 rounds of assessments and a final panel interview
Graduate, Melbourne - 03 Jul 2023

Graduate, Melbourne - 30 Jan 2023
Many Stages with poor HR communication. Stages did seem to run somewhat smoothly with Case Studies, 1 on 1 Interviews and Presentations.
Graduate, Auckland - 04 Oct 2018
Interviewers were very helpful and friendly and gave an accurate summary of the company. The process involved submitting a video, attending multiple assessment centres and making a presentation to the executive leadership team (directors).
Graduate, Melbourne - 02 Oct 2018
What questions were you asked in your interviews?
General Interview Questions
Graduate, Hastings - 12 Sep 2024
Why did you apply for Fujitsu? What values did you align with? What do you hope to get out of this graduate program? How do you think Fujitsu could help society (how to help society and promote trust through innovation)? Another question related to purpose that I've sadly forgotten.
Graduate, Sydney - 11 Sep 2024
Lots of questions were specific to the case study, more general questions were like... - Why do you want to work at Kraft Heinz? - One of our key values is 'x' , what does this value mean to you? - How does your experience in X transfer to Kraft Heinz?
Graduate, Melbourne - 11 Sep 2024
About the company values, scenario based questions.
Graduate, Auckland - 09 Sep 2024
Some behavioral questions. Some questions relating to the values of the company, espicially around the concept of ownership.
Graduate, Auckland - 06 Sep 2024
Tell us about a time you managed a failing team. How would you manage being put into a team which you have no interest or experience in? What does diversity mean to you? What are some of the biggest ways you see us growing the business sustainably?
Graduate, Melbourne - 03 Sep 2024
Asked a serious of pretty standard questions initially. Towards end of interviews, we had to complete a case study which seemed hard at the time, but in hindsight was a great way to showcase skills.
Graduate, Brisbane - 03 Sep 2024
For the final stage we had to present a case study to the executive leadership team which I thought was scary but also showed that the people high up cared about who the company was hiring at lower levels
Graduate, Sydney - 02 Sep 2024
Standard behavioural questions.

Lots of situational questions. When was a time you showed initiative? Why do you want to work for Kraft Heinz? When was a time you failed?
Graduate, Hasting - 06 Sep 2018
Nothing out of the ordinary, first interview was a set of speed-interview rounds. Second stage of interviews followed a presentation to the Executive Leadership Team, no real call out questions, but you could ask the ELT questions in return.

Be yourself and don't fake answers. I think a point of difference for Kraft Heinz is that they are trying to improve site culture/talent and therefore aren't just looking at grades or achievements of candidates but for 'best fit'. I wouldn't spend too much time preparing, just be yourself.
