Salary at Kraft Heinz Company

7.6 rating for Salary, based on 42 reviews
What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
I appreciate being paid as a full-time grad and I appreciate our rewards system allowing us to nominate each other to give and receive monetary rewards. I appreciate merit reviews as well that bump our pay. I recognise our salary is slightly below other graduate roles however, I'm very grateful.
Graduate, Sydney - 11 Sep 2024
The pay is competitive for the entry level position I have. Bonus structure is lumped in with the NZ and European market performance, which seems like a crafty way to ensure if one region is underperforming everyone is affected. Having said that I have no bonus structure to benchmark this to so it could be commonplace.
Graduate, Melbourne - 11 Sep 2024
They pay you above the market average.
Graduate, Auckland - 06 Sep 2024
For an entry level role i think the salary is fair.
Graduate, Melbourne - 03 Sep 2024
Pay is okay. I think it is on the lower end of a fair payment for the degrees they are seeking for the role. However, it is only a year program, and they do provide a lot of extras and a bonus is available.
Graduate, Brisbane - 03 Sep 2024
I think it is all fair enough
Graduate, Sydney - 02 Sep 2024
Very standard salary for a graduate position. Graduate roles are not entitled to bonuses, however, other roles are. Bonuses are calculated based on company performance and your own performance.
Graduate, Melbourne - 03 Sep 2023
Grads don't get bonuses, which is a shame, but I get it!
Graduate, Melbourne - 03 Aug 2023

Graduate, Melbourne - 31 Jan 2023
Pay is competitive to other organisations and exceeds the benchmark if you receive the bonus.
Midlevel, Brisbane - 30 Jan 2023
pretty good
Graduate, Melbourne - 30 Jan 2023
The bonus scheme causes more issues for the company with people ignoring what's best for the company to do what's best for their bonus
Graduate, Auckland - 04 Oct 2018
Bonus does not exist. Pay is absolutely disproportionate to level of responsibility.
Graduate, Melbourne - 03 Oct 2018
Higher than other grad programs.
Graduate, Melbourne - 02 Oct 2018
Pretty decent for a graduate, am hoping they stay at a similar competitiveness
Graduate, Melbourne - 02 Oct 2018
Bonuses are considered as part of your pay but they are not 100% guaranteed.
Midlevel, Melbourne - 06 Sep 2018
Company meets the market for base compensation and offers a good bonus (however, bonus in previous years has been fairly unattainable)
Graduate, Hasting - 06 Sep 2018
The company has a policy to match market rate for grad salary. This is a good policy, really can't complain. The performance bonus scheme is quite nice on top, but you can't count on getting it every year. As an engineer the pay is on the low end of average, but for a graduate in a lower paying field the pay would be quite attractive.
Graduate, Brisbane - 05 Sep 2018
You need to be promoted to have pay rise. Bonus depends on how company do financially and whether you meet your own targets. Very structured calculation of bonus.

The company helps graduates who need to relocated by offering a relocation allowance and accommodation for the first few weeks. This makes the transition to a new city a lot easier. We often have internal events and product launches where we get to trial our products and take them home. Every month we have a celebration where we get together and eat some food and discuss the previous month.
Graduate, Melbourne - 05 Sep 2018
Nothing. This is an area that needs to be improved
