Sustainability is a key value for Fujitsu. even our building is committed to sustainable practices.

The company creates environmental focus' as the government mandates and policies come into effect. We have only recently started to properly track emissions, which seems quite far below industry standards. ESG goals and initiatives are responsive to market conditions rather than potentially taking a small loss to help the environment

The company does lag behind our industry peers when it comes to net zero and sustainability efforts.

They have started to drive moment in this area.

They aren't doing everything in their power, but they are having a very solid go. My site has very ambitious ESG targets and I can see a solid plan within the company to reduce landfill, water usage and power consumption.

I feel as though we look into it and have teams for this but you can always do more

We turn off the lights after a certain time. Encourage public transport when possible.

I think they are starting to put in activities with big impacts on reducing footprint but not sure of details

Initiatives are fairly generic and uninspiring i.e. sustainable packaging by 2025. Good intentions, but is there more we can do?

There's global projects to improve the environmental footprints and clear vision of what the target is to be achieved.

We have our 2020 sustainability commitment where we want to reduce our carbon footprint by 15%.
