Culture at Nova Systems

Company culture is good, because everyone is working on different roles/ areas. People don't feel like they are competing against each other. I don't notice a highrachy and everyone communicates with everyone

The work culture is collaborative and inclusive, people can interact with any level of authority and not feel like they are inferior

Dont get to go to our office much but when I did the culture was very inclusive - its easy to talk to people at all levels. Nova invests a lot in opportunities for connection through social activities.

Culture is probably the company's strongest aspect. The culture within and outside the company is amazing. It feels like you're working with real humans and not mindless robots. I love meeting and talking to coworkers, and they always have something interesting to offer. Company's structure and hierarchy is the same as most other companies, but managers are interested in building rapport further than just being my boss.

Excellent teamwork during work hours and a highly inclusive environment that strives to make everyone feel welcomed and valued. Outside of work hours there is also a drive to do activities together and build a tighter bond between workers.

Company culture in the office is very chill and friendly. The organizational structure is present but doesn't feel present. Everyone has respect for one another regardless of their position in the company. The feeling of community in that we are all Novans encourages colleagues to socialise in the office. Outside of the office I engage in social events, sporting teams with my colleagues that provide a social outlet that isn't work related

Company culture is great. Nova Systems runs alot of social events including the whole company conference where everyone gets to come together from all the different offices. The people are all great and easy to work with.

Social events are help in the office, including birthday celebrations and other significant recognitions and events. Our of hours the company culture encourages friendship and social events to promote team bonding.

We have a great culture in the Melbourne office, everyone is nice and friendly and happy to chat. It doesn't really feel like there is a hierarchy as everyone is very approachable. We have a lot of opportunities to socialise in the office and after hours (lunch of the month, extra circular activities)

Everyone is willing to help and talk to everyone. There are loose hierarchical barriers meaning that everyone is friendly and approachable and willing to share their experience.

Almost cannot fault it. There is a budget for after-hour social events, there are constant mixed sports teams that the grad program self involves in. There's trivia, lunch of the month and a great community.

Company culture is amazing, not as many people in the office as there could be/if there were more people in it would be more fun. Most of the leadership is very approachable. If people are on client projects and are in the Nova office they won't be with 'teammates', however everyone is very willing to help each other out and to have a chat.

Nova System's culture is unmatched in the industry. Nova has many great support programs in place, both for professional development and wellbeing. The office culture invites a friendly, open atmosphere, as many events and get-togethers are held routinely. Each office holds an annual mid-year party, Christmas party, and regional activity/get-away. The company also comes together once a year for a ~3 day conference where we can enjoy networking with our peers, learning about different parts of the business, before celebrating on the final day.

The culture is great. Everyone treats you like a mate and everyone is very approachable. The overall culture of the company is relaxed but focused, constantly trying to get better but enjoying the moment.
