How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.
Pretty satisfied with the managers at the company, I just had the one bad expereince when I felt they could have done alot more to help me when i first came to nova. but the manager i had after that went over and beyond for me and his feedback and mentorship was amazing

They are easily accessible, are willing to answer all questions and will assist in helping you with problems, they are also honest with feedback when you are struggling

My task lead is very approachable and constantly checks in. I’ve also had lots of support from Early Careers who have been there to check in and offer advice through challenging times. We also have access to a Mentoring program where Ive been able to engage with an inspiring mentor and talk through my goals and the best ways to manage them.

Early careers has always been fantastic and supportive. My Nova line managers have been approachable and present. No Nova mentoring, only experienced limited mentoring by managers on the client side.

Managers are pretty accessible, decently good at providing recognition. Performance feedback is a bit inconsistent though.

All of my managers have been great role models. Very motivated and eager to help you whenever possible. I see them as mentors, and I feel comfortable talking to them about anything.

All the managers are very accessible and offer chances to learn from mistakes or to mentor in better approaches to complete tasks. The mentoring program offers the ability to gain access to leaders and develop through their guidance and experiences. They provide honest and forthright feedback which even if its not positive they will strive to work with you to improve and address. This ability to get feedback and be able to establish growth plans has proved valuable to mself.

Management is very good. Very easy to chat with and get opinions on. The team is very open with communication and very transparent on decisions that may effect us.

Managers can be busy but always makes time and are friendly. Mentors are extremely supportive and well chosen. other employees take on mentoring rolls and seek to help others.

Good, highly accessible managers. Never felt there was a barrier before reaching out and asking them. Always happy to have a quick chat or point me in the right direction if I need more help.

I think the managers i have had make great mentors and have taken the time to teach me and provide feedback for me in instances that i have required it. They have been accessible whenever I have needed help.

Managers are accessible, good mentors, they teach and guide effectively. Internal communication is frequent and clear. Performance feedback is frequent and specific. Praise and recognition happens when needed.

There are a lot of good mentors - some better at some areas than others. There's so much support, and it does a good job at showing you there's always someone around to help.

There is a mentorship program - it links people with really good mentors. Some managers are really good, have great internal communication with regular 1-on-1s and team meetings, some managers see you as a tool to get the job done and are only looking upwards/out for themselves. Managers seem to be good at passing on praise and recognition - unclear if this actually influences anything.

I feel I can reach out to any of my managers and request feedback on my performance. For work where I have performed exceptional on, that was recognised and praised by my managers

Not all managers make good mentors. Many do not have the time to complete all managerial tasks as they are also full time on project/client work which is to the detriment of teams and support
