I am a graduate within the Performance, Experience & Communication division of an agency. The content is broad because we work across all of the individual delivery groups, and we use cutting edge design thinking tools and mindsets to frame and address business problems. This includes lots of workshopping, gathering and analysing customer (internal) data and presenting it back.
