I am working as a grad software developer who work on several projects. including code development, code maintains and some documentation and some tickets.

Stakeholder management

Marketing graduate with the devices team, helping to bring new devices to the australian market

Hr business partner

Responding to sales enquiries, managing inventory, coordinating marketing and legal resources

I ensure platforms in networks are meeting company cis control requirements. i also work on automation projects on the side.

Overall, i have been given quite a lot of responsibility as a graduate, being able to lead many key projects and initiatives, which is fantastic for my experience. day-to-day responsibilities depends on which rotation and team you are in during the grad program but many times it is leading projects and initiatives throughout the organisation, particularly those that are customer success related.

I am in a general hr role, functioning as a consultant. my day-to-day involves responding to general hr queries, as well as working on on-going projects. my role requires me to have excellent stakeholder management skills as i partner closely with slt's across the organisation to deliver on key hr initiatives. it is common for me to spend large amounts of times consulting, advising and assisting the business on such initiatives, and helping ensure they are delivered to a high level.

Currently doing lots of learnings and research to further my knowledge on 5g networks which is very interesting, working with enterprise side of business to work to build solutions for new products. day to day i look into new technologies, how they work, test on devices and other basic tasks,

My role is product manager/innovator. my day-to-day consists of creating and managing projects and implementing strategic operations while also determining the marketing and feature road map for the product.

My role has me working building cyber security platforms for my larger team, ensuring that our networks are protected against cyber threats. i also work with integrating new technologies to the optus product offerings.

Its ok, i could be doing more.

Assigned tasks/tickets at the beginning of the sprint which I work on everyday during the fortnight sprint until I complete my tasks. On top of this, I also have chapter work which I spend about one day during my work week to complete. As a mobile developer, I work on coding new features on the app, and bug fixes when bugs are raised by testers.

Great skills but company / industry not very exciting

As a graduate, i have recently changed roles but in my last role i was moderatley satisfied with my work. i felt i was making some impact and i enjoyed working with a variety of people

It is predominantly a project management role ensuring that the launch of new products goes smoothly, including coordinating with marketing, legal, it, billing and commercial teams to ensure that the product is ready for sale to customers.

I work as a software developer for the my optus app.
