The pay is average in the tech market so it is reasonable.

My current pay is good and bonus is ok. how much bonus my company issues really just depends on the business performance.

We have quite a competitive salary, and higher than industry average. our bonus system is linked to not only the performance of the organisation but individual performance as well which is a transparent and fair process.

Bonuses have been good so far. pay is unequal between tech and corporate graduates seemingly arbitrarily (some tech grads are in roles that don't require technical abilities and some corporate grads are in roles where technical ability may be required) corporate graduates are paid the minimum for the level and technical graduates were not

Pay and bonuses are quite good thus far. i have been increased in salary as a graduate quite significantly since starting, i believe due to the job supply issue of 2022, and the demand for graduates and roles increasing quite a lot

The bonus process is not transparent or clear, our people and culture team could not even explain the callabration process to me and my manager did not agree with my bonus but he could not change what was calculated in the system.

Pay is pretty decent in comparison with the market for my level of experience and there is a yearly bonus which is appreciated.
