The company is extremely flexible with hours allowing wfh capabilities with each department nominating 2 days wfh and 3 days in office. with the wfh option available (not just on the designated days) it means i have a lot of flexibility.

Flexibility depends on team, preference is 2 days a week but the company is pushing for 3 days a week due to a gceo who thinks we should go back to 5 days a week as the norm.

Generally, day-to-day optus is extremely good with work life balance majority of the time (9-5pm) and most managers will provide time in lieu if necessary. so you never find yourself overworking too often, or not for long. we have 3 days a week in the office and the option to wfh the other two.

The company is generally quite flexible with hours. there are plenty of flexible working arrangements, and i believe we have a world class bwow policy.
it isn't uncommon for leaders to allow employees to leave a bit earlier, or start a bit later to account for personal issues.

Quite good, if appointments are required, its easy to work flexibly and additionally working from home is allowed for these cases, usually 3 days in the office otherwise.

My company is fairly flexible with work hours, however it is most beneficial to work during the traditional 9-5 time slot.

When I have to commute into the office, the hours are quite flexible and I usually arrive a bit later, I also leave an hour earlier and do some work on the train.

Optus mandates 3 days in office and 2 days work from home. i prefer going in office so my split is 4 days in, 1 day from home.

I work the usual 38 hours a week. it depends on the team but flexibility is ok. as long as you get your work done and you work ~ 38 hours a week, your start and finish times can be flexible, although we mostly stick to starting around 9 and finishing around 5.

The company is flexible with hours and days and my managers reflect this in how they demonstrate bwow and their understanding if something comes up. i like that in my current role, the hours are flexible and i can come in early/leave earlier if needed.

Very flexibile. hybrid working is supported so i can work from home on the days it suits me, although i'm encouraged to spend more time with my team when i need to collaborate with them closely. starting and finishing times can be adjusted to suit all lifestyles needs of the team or individual

My company is very flexible with work hours. There is flexibility to work varying hours during the week (e.g. if I had an appointment during my normal work hours, it would be fine for me to attend this appointment and make up the hours after I come back etc.). It's just a matter of communicating to my team, so that they are aware and can contact me when I'm back if needed.
