All colleagues are very good friends and they work together well. The farm manager is really nice and very inclusive both inside and outside of work. Due to the tight knit community, it can make you feel like an outsider when you first start the job. Some people, however, (of course, unintentionally), make you feel unimportant and like they can't be bothered explaining things to you (could be because I'm female?). Compared to other jobs, however, I've experienced lower instances of this at Perfection.
