Being a woman in a very male dominated work place, I feel like people don't think I'm capable or as important as men. I do get quite dismissive body language and tones from some people, but in general, it is okay. There are lots of ethnicities and from what I can see, no discrimination regarding this.

From my experience the company is very committed to diversity, and I have not seen any issues in terms of discrimination. I work with people from Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the Pacific Islands. Everyone appears to be content. There are many women in leadership positions and in the graduate program there are equal males and females. I think this commitment to diversity fosters more diversity leading to a mutual benefit for both employees and the company itself.
