Why do you want to join the company? How will your previous experience be translated into this role? Do you have any specific tips and advice for candidates applying to your company? How would you recommend they best prepare?
Know what the company does and why you want to be in this field. But biggest advice would be to just be yourself and be honest. You're interviewing them just as much as they're interviewing you - if they don't like your priorities or thoughts, then you're not the right fit for each other.
Graduate, QLD - Caboolture
Get to know the company, what they do, what they stand for, what's important to them.
Graduate, Sydney
Be confident and remember its not just them interviewing you as you are also interviewing them to see if this is the best role for you, so make sure to prepare questions and do your research.
Graduate, Sydney
Definitely research the company as much as possible, this will help you relate your skills and experience to the role during the interview.
Graduate, Two Wells
Always have questions for them, you are also interviewing them.
