  • Bring your whole self to work

Ramsay Health Care people are curious and compassionate "people people" who create belonging and thrive on teaming. You will work with managers and colleagues who see your potential and help you make your unique dent in the universe. Because caring is never a one-way street at Ramsay Health Care

  • Work a flexible roster across a 24-month program (either full or part-time) with an ongoing role offered to you upon completion
  • Have recently graduated (EN or RN) and are eligible for AHPRA registration

We will:

  • Provide a structured, supportive and flexible two-year Fellowship program that offers more opportunities than any other graduate program

  • Help you feel valued, appreciate your strength and nurture your growth
  • Ensure you venture further than ever before into extraordinary patient care
  • Show our appreciation for all you do to care for patients and colleagues
