Your role

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations with Siemens Mobility’s People & Organisation Business Partner team.
• Develop a broad understanding of P&O analytics and processes.
• Participate in initiatives such as the Intern and Graduate program, remuneration review, and onboarding.
• Provide support to the HR Business Partner in daily operational activities.
• Learn HR analytics skills through various systems and reporting.

About you

Qualifications

• Be a recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Hold a valid visa to work in Australia.
• Be self-motivated and driven with an eagerness to learn and develop.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
