Your role

The opportunity has arisen for a Sales Operations Intern to join the Siemens Mobility team in Port Melbourne, Victoria. In this internship, you will get an opportunity to work with Siemens Mobility’s Product Sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with administrative and sales tasks, such as pricing analysis, invoicing, customer deliveries, and process mapping
  • Reporting – Customer reports, Repair reports, Project reports, Operational reports
  • To support the team with the reporting and attempt to make the reporting more efficient and automated
  • Process – Help establish and standardize Sales processes (flow charts & step-by-step manuals).
  • Improve the quoting process by amalgamating an up-to-date customer list, date calculator, and price calculator into one master spreadsheet. Something that’s user-friendly to enable quotes to be easily done with all the key information in one place
  • Sales and marketing – Work with the sales team to form a comprehensive customer database
