Following in the footsteps of literary tradition, Storyfest is the writers’ festival for the Gold Coast, hosting events throughout the year and connecting with the wider Gold Coast community and beyond.
We are the largest children's writers festival in the Southern Hemisphere with our cornerstone festival held in March and selling in excess of 21,000 tickets.
We connect with corporate partners offering a business lunch series and charity golf day.
We also have a Storyfest On the road programme, which sees authors being taken into schools providing unique outdoor learning experiences for students.
Over the course of the year, we host nearly 200 events and connect with approximately 35,000 guests. ranging from workshops to book readings, panel sessions and author presentations.
We are currently in the process of developing a Podcast and Live Stream in conversation.
With respect to Graduate Opportunities, we partner with the City of Gold Coast for their Producer Placement programme, which sees local Gold Coast residents be given the unique opportunity to work with some of the City's major festival and events organisations.
