About TasNetworks

TasNetworks came into being on July 1, 2014, following the merger of Aurora Energy’s distribution network (i.e. poles and wires) and Transend Networks (i.e. big towers and lines). The state-owned corporation is responsible for supplying power to a quarter of a million Tasmanian homes and businesses. TasNetworks also owns and operates telecommunication infrastructure to “enable safe and efficient operation of the electricity system”.

Your role

In this role, the individual will develop analytical expertise to support the Strategy, Finance, and Business Services functions. They will constantly work towards improving TasNetworks' current practices and delivering on tasks and larger projects.

Training & development

The two-year program provides unparalleled business exposure, as you rotate through different areas of the business and continually challenge yourself. They will help you grow your skills through engaging and challenging projects and ongoing mentorship.  As part of the Graduate Program, TasNetworks Graduates engage with the community through the delivery of the STEAM Program. STEAM aims to encourage interest in the STEM disciplines and create opportunities and pathways for young Tasmanians.
