Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
Not sure about recruitment process, and I typically tend to leave discussion of identity out of the workplace. However on surface value and observations from working here, it seems that Toll is incredibly diverse.

Diversity is encouraged in the workplace. In freight forwarding, there is a good mix of women and men in the workforce. However, in a warehouse environment, it is more male-dominated.

Over half of the graduate program intake were women, and every graduate spoke more than one language. The intake was incredibly diverse, and this is just one example of Toll's commitment to diversity.

They are very focused on diversity, more than half of this years grad intake were women, and almost all of us from different ethnic background. �They have the standard maternity leave policy for both parents.
