What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?

Full-time pay is great compared to the big four consulting firms. However, part-time pay is $25/hour at the start and can increase to $28/hour following promotion.

Paid for team building exercises for project teams.

Fun. They have an F1 racing simulator in the office right now. The company events (look) fun (I haven't been to one yet) but am helping plan one now)
