How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
Plenty of extra time off was provided during COVID - about 10 days of complementary Pandemic Leave, no questions asked. For tech enthusiasts, plenty of optional outside work presentations available for more tech knowledge sharing, but most definitely optional.

My works hours can be considered your typical 9-5, but the company is very flexible with the hours as long as you can fulfil all your responsibilities. For Professional Services, coming into the office is not mandatory so working from home is completely supported.

My company hours are flexible. There are no strict starting or ending time.

I start very early and finish early, sometimes I get exhausted before my day finishes and on those days I would go home early and then rest for a bit and then continue to work till dinner time. I work channelizing my productivity.

Work hours are flexible, as long as you ensure 37.5 hours a week and finish your work.

My company and my manager is flexible with my hours. My hours are generally the normal business hours, however it is up to me to personally track my meetings and rearranging my work hours around those meetings.
