We are looking for superstars to join our team in January 2025, but are flexible to have you start part-time whilst you finish your degree!

Learning and development, requiring admin work for live training, promotion work in sharing upcoming and current projects, project work in planning, consultation and implementation, and being available to support others and answer ad-hoc queries.
Preparation of tax summary's, income tax returns, rental property summaries client add forms phone calls to ato preparation of bas and lodgment

here is a clear progression map from when you start... merit is rewarded and that the effort employees put into their work do not go unrecognized or unnoticed.
Hours can be long and sometimes it’s hard to disconnect, but that is more of an industry thing rather than specific to WB.
The only real problem I have encountered so far is tech issues.
Being a grad means no flexibility to work from home until after the probation period.
After-hours work is limited only to the busy season (though recently I have stayed back more than usual to get projects out to clients).
There does sometimes feel as though there is a lack of processes and frameworks in place, but it also gives room for initiative and freedom.
