The opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and organised Graduate to join our friendly and collaborative People & Culture (P&C) team as a P&C Assistant. This is a newly created role where you will provide crucial support in various HR functions, including recruitment, learning and development, onboarding and offboarding, reporting and administrative tasks. 

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. If you are looking to pursue a career in HR, this is a generalist role that will provide opportunities for growth and development.

Some tasks you will be responsible for:

  • Assist with recruitment by advertising vacancies, screening applications, and arranging interviews. 
  • Assist in coordinating our Graduate and Vacationer recruitment and training programs. 
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinating training sessions and maintaining training records.
  • Monitoring the team inbox and responding to queries from employees and managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date data and produce regular and ad-hoc reporting as required.

About you:

  • A qualification in HR Management or a related field
  • A keen interest in pursuing a career in HR.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to different stakeholders.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is highly desirable.
