Join our team of intelligent and collaborative Changemakers and make your mark on tomorrow! In this role, you’ll work with technical experts in the Acoustics team as a Graduate Acoustic Consultant

You will develop your future ready skills within the Property, Transport and Environmental sectors and to support our high level clients on projects nationally.

What you will do:

Your role will be one of client centricity and expertise. Your professional investment will drive success in our business and promote a strong working culture within the national team. 

Throughout your graduate journey you will receive training that will establish:

  • Work across different sectors; property, transport and environmental acoustic sectors
  • A thorough knowledge of relevant local/ international environmental policies, guidelines, and regulatory framework
  • Your understanding on measuring, predicting and mitigating noise and vibration in a variety of sectors
  • Your confidence in conducting, reporting and oversee on-site noise and vibration monitoring works
  • Your ability to contribute in meetings during various project phases, i.e. environmental consideration, design and construction, stakeholder and community engagement and liaising effectively with internal/external stakeholders in a professional and supportive manner
  • Your position as part of national team; sharing knowledge, encouraging collaboration and driving innovation.

About you:

  • Have a Bachelor in Science, Physics or Engineering (Acoustic training will be provided)
  • Be savvy with modelling systems, have strong math skills, and have the ability to analyse and manipulate data. Coding skills would be highly advantageous
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and working independently
  • Be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for our unique industry
  • Communicate effectively both in written and verbal formats
