Justin [00:00:03] And what would you say is like the coolest fringe benefit, let's call it that, that you get for working sort of as a grad at the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet?

Interviewee [00:00:11] So this is not just at the Department of Prime Minister in Cabinet, but in all government agencies, we have this thing called Flex. So if you work more than your 7.5 hours per day, whatever, how long, how many minutes over that you work that gets tallied up and these credits can be used to take leave, for example. So if you build up one flex day, then you can take a day off.
