Why did you choose to join the Transgrid Graduate Program?
The Transgrid graduate program offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the transition to renewal energy. As coal is phased out, Transgrid is working towards building renewable energy zones to accommodate a more efficient connection of renewable energy to the energy grid. I chose the Transgrid graduate program not only because it offers incredibly generous benefits in comparison to other graduate programs but also because it is a chance to witness as well as contribute to historical changes in the Australian energy infrastructure.

Why did you choose to join the Transgrid Graduate Program?
I Joined the graduate program because I was interested in being involved with amazing projects that Transgrid are delivering regarding the transition to renewables. As someone who is passionate about the growth of renewable energy. I am grateful to have the opportunity to learn from industry experts and apply my skills in ways that support the growth of renewable energy infrastructure, ultimately helping to shape a greener, more sustainable future.

I chose to join the Transgrid Graduate Program because of its amazing office culture. The program offers the flexibility to explore different teams and pick your own pathway based on your interests. This allows me to tailor my career development and gain diverse experiences within a supportive and dynamic environment.

What has your experience been like in the program?
My experience in the graduate program has been incredibly rewarding and enriching. From day one, I've been immersed in a dynamic and supportive environment that has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally. Working alongside passionate and knowledgeable colleagues has been inspiring, I've learned so much from their expertise and insights. The hands-on experience has given me a deep understanding of the energy sector and the critical role that effective communication plays in driving change.
