Pay and bonuses are competitive to industry, with added perks building to an attractive total remuneration program.

People shouldn't expect bonuses, only reserved for those who go above and beyond. Due to COVID/business performance bonus pool is currently a lot smaller.

Bonuses have been cut this year so I haven't had any experience with this being in a grad role.

Bonuses are tough as the company is underperforming but graduates are looked after in that way and always get something when other employees may not. Even if it's small, it's nice to be recognised.

I think the pay for a grad is very acceptable. However, considering the state the company is in currently, the bonus and pay rise was very subdued and underwhelming which is quite demotivating.

Pay is very good for a graduate program. Bonuses are also very good.

As a graduate the pay is relatively low and not consistent across streams. Bonuses were not awarded this year for a majority of employees.
