Our Mechanical Engineering Programme:

Consists of multiple rotations through the maintenance and engineering departments, developing competence in both underground and plant maintenance.

We offer a two-year, structured programme based on best practices within the Mechanical discipline and provides the opportunity of a permanent career. Opportunities are available to work at both our open pit and underground operations. Our Graduate Programme is underpinned by a tailored competency framework that matches your career interests and aligns with real work and business opportunities. As a graduate you develop your technical capability whilst also developing as a leader through professional training. 

Graduates are based at one of our two Australian operations, Sunrise Dam or Tropicana Gold Mine, located in the north-eastern goldfields of Western Australia. These opportunities are FIFO from Perth or Kalgoorlie, giving you the chance to support and contribute to a thriving local community. 

About you:

• On a path to complete or studying towards completing a tertiary qualification in the relevant discipline, due to graduate by the end of this year
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and open minded with a creative and collaborative approach to problem-solving
• A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
• Australian working rights
• A valid Australian manual driver's license
