About the session: What does it take to be an inspirational and inclusive leader? A leader who champions inclusion of all, empowers people and who makes a positive difference? How can you be an ally of inclusion and supportive of colleagues from diverse backgrounds? In this panel session, you will have the opportunity to hear from a range of panellists who will unpack the notion of invisible diversity, and their perspectives on how to be an inclusive leader and ally of all people. Walk away with tangible strategies that will enable you to develop your leadership capabilities.

About the session: Have you ever walked into a room where you have felt like an imposter? Do you feel as though you have to trick the people around you into thinking you are meant to be there? In this conversation, hear from Brooke, Kate and Madelaine-Marie on their journey’s with imposter syndrome. From transitioning to their first year of uni studies, to that first job after uni, Brooke, Kate and Madelaine-Marie will share some practical strategies to move beyond normalising imposter syndrome, to embracing it!
