I don't have any comments here, it seems pretty diverse to me.

There are quite a few internal programs and external collaborations that show their commitment to diversity, however, i think they are not promoted enough.

There is a lot of diversity in the company, it is a part of the culture.

Sometimes, a company will choose someone for the job because they would check another box in the diversity column. I do not believe that to be true with Deloitte. Everyone is there because they bring something to the table with their mind or as an individual. It prioritises flexibility and wellbeing for its employees, although that doesn't negate the fact that it's a cutthroat industry.

The company often runs initiatives to address diversity, and at all points including during induction, different teams have made an emphasis on how important it is, and how the company is actively making changes.

Diversity - reference to women in the workplace: whilst this is a big focus, it's still a work on progress and the number of women higher up the corporate ladder are considered a minority.

Deloitte has always encouraged diversity with respect to women and focuses on maintaining a good gender ratio. There are Women in Cyber programs and events to celebrate achievements of women. The recruitment process is fair and no discrimination is done towards minority communities and LGBT. There are sufficient maternity leaves and child care facilities are also there in the office.

There is a second office in the western suburbs to provide accessibility for those living further away from the Sydney CBD area.

I can't say. I was a middle-class guy from the suburbs, not less privileged by any means. But I wasn't a Harvard scholar or anything ridiculous.
