Pros & Cons

The company provides a lot of training and learning resources, which are extremely valuable, especially for graduates.
Deloitte prides itself on flexibility, with employees able to work from home or from the office to suit their needs.
The culture is warm and welcoming. You are part of the team as soon as you walk through the door.
The exposure to large clients and proximity to partners opens opportunities for learning and development.
The Deloitte Flex program is really awesome and allows you to balance your work with your personal life easily.
