  • The People - Everyone is super nice. Being Independent - I get left alone to do my work and not helicoptered the whole day.
  • Good working culture and everyone is willing to help out when I have trouble.
  • The people at my company are super friendly and the culture is good. I like the fish tank in the office

  • Irregular workload - can get really hectic at times but then I have no work at other times.

My role as Assistant Account Manager involves assisting my Brokers with their responsibilities relating to client management and ensuring each of our client's are satisfied with their level of cover and quality of assistance given. Day to day tasks may include processing renewals and/or endorsements for the broker's clients, assisting clients with policy queries and quoting some policies for clients.

There isn’t a certain feedback day but instead they will always update you with what you are doing well and what you need to improve on, and they are very clear in what they expect. They are good mentors and are always available if you need help.

Location is really central and easy to get to. Dress code is business casual. The company provides programs such as meditation and yoga, where certified teachers come in and practice yoga/meditate with a group of us weekly.
