I think that you'll find that the majority of hires are great people. My team is always willing to answer any questions I have, and are keen to build friendships along the way. I have found that there are not too many people in my age group so I sometimes experience imposter syndrome and question whether I belong here or not. But I've spoken to people here and it seems most people go through this at some stage. I am grateful that they can be accommodating, and reassuring and recognise the work you put in.

From what I've seen so far, you get a good mix of ethnicities here. I think they make a big effort to create a safe space for LGBTQA+ people and provide educational opportunities for people to learn more about this. They do cater parental leave which is very good. I'm not entirely sure of the people in the wider leadership positions but within my team, there is a good mix of women in leadership

Work within my department is great, my co-workers and peers are very supportive and there are great opportunities for growth. Day-to-day responsibilities will vary and likely will crunch towards the end of the month or project deadlines.

My managers are very easy to speak to, great mentors and very inspirational. I feel like they care about me and my career

The office is clean and welcoming with a nice open layout and everything you might need, the dress code is smart casual to business casual

After the online applications, I was told I had an interview. My recruiter was nice, they called me and ran me through what I could expect from the interview and tips and tricks. I went into the office and had an in-person interview. Once I had that we heard back within a couple of weeks (I think) and I was offered the position.

Compared to other grads I know in other companies it's probably above average. Bonuses/promotions are pretty minimal while in the graduate program but better once you finish

We have a graduate programme that runs for 2 years. Having only done the first year it's very workplace focused rather than technical training. It's all online sessions once a month-ish. Different sessions like goals, communication, personal brand, then as the year goes on more technically like project management etc.

I work in a hybrid. flexible working team so I can generally work hours how best suits me, and work from home whenever I want/need. I still stick to a standard 8.30-5 time but it's nice knowing if I need to leave early I can make up hours, or if I stay later I can leave early other days.
